Also how is David Hearn just sitting pretty as chairman of the board and kingmaker whilst buggering around in the UK. Dude isn't even living in the market A2M operates in.
Just absolutely reeks of incompetence we've got a Chairman who's living int he UK away from **all** of the A2M staff, other Directors or people on the board etc.
Be great if funds and substantial holders would spill these people out of their do nothing roles. I honestly still dont get how a publicly traded company that suffered such a catastrophic failure doesn't have a complete board of directors spill motion from the funds that own it.
How does that not happen? If this was America none of these people would still be surviving they'd have been voted out at the AGM and replaced immediately.
