Up in Queensland it appears the opposition leader is attempting to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

The ALP have been in governments too long. It's time for the pendulum to swing. The ALP premier can't help but snigger. He is clearly a union puppet. Crime is out of control in the regions. The hospitals are failing. The public service needs pruning.

Yet Crisafulli is on course to lose. Against the will of the people he backed the Voice, then belatedly backed down. The backs a treaty. Now he backs the ALP's industry destroying environmental targets. He opposes nuclear power.

In his own electorate he is said to be backing property developers over the interests of his own constituents. While his own margin is strong a backlash is building.

Does David Crisafulli stand for anything apart from being elected?
