Hi Chinkiat,
Mr Benjamin Amzalak has rung me and another GUL shareholder at least twice each over the past 18 months.He said he was employed by AGM but was assisting GUL getting shareholder support around Annual Gen Meeting time and other duties as required.
There was a lot of sharetrading in 2007 and not many in AGM shares, resulting in a 2007 profit . I was under the impression Benjamin Amzalak was carrying out this trading .
I agree AGM and GUL shareholders should be informed of what has happened.
