I have posted this material previously and was told by one of you that David Evans was no longer associated with the company. Then last week he seems to be together with Koh (director of CHM) suing MMX. Very relevant now, only last year he was sweating over whether he was going to get his n*&ts cut of in Arabia and now he thinks he is entitled to almost 100million bucks at the current valuation. By the way, as you say that is partly your money, so he is trying to scr(*w you as well. A monage et twa (apologies for the spelling!)
