The humour is in you posting Hicks was arrested and held under an existing law.
Please enlighten us what law that was, and what he was legally charged with.
Your reply should be good for a few more laughs.
And never accuse me of supporting Hick's, who in my opinion is a D-head.
I do ,however, support people being treated fairly and not locked up for five years without a trial.
