Haha you can't answer rickh because Hick's was detained and charged under an invalid law.
You say he was a terrorist, maybe so, but it needs evidence of a terrorist act and that seems to be missing.

Basically you have nothing Rickh on which to detain a person without trial for five years.
That is what happened in Stalinist Russia, Nazi Germany and now in Nth Korea.
You and some others here might want to be like them, I don't.
