the only reason he might not have been in breach of Australian law was that we were deficient in all laws concerning fighting for terrorist organisations, being a mercenary, etc.We didnt even know which organisations were terrorists.I am not sure we even know now.
As for Hicks book , it doesnt even make good toilet paper.
