The campaign for Hicks was for him to have a fair trial in the Australian or American justice system not the farce that was the Guantanomo Bay kangaroo court.
Support for justice for Hicks is not the same as support for Hick's actions as alleged by the US. Without a fair justice system, we are no different to Burma, China or Sudan.
