My point was that there appears to be no clause saying they are outright restricted from paying a dividend (as banks sometimes put into agreements). Agree the company may not be able to pay a dividend based on financial performance.
My personal view is that chances of a dividend are low for this half year period, even if they do achieve FCCR of 1.65 I suspect they will want to wait for the full year result.
