IMO he is waiting for exactly that to happen to pick it up cheap and move all his stores into the inside of the Myer footprint ... I walked past five shops within a large shopping complex the other day that all fall under the PMV banner - all paying high per sqm individual rentals ... he would love to move all of his brands under the one roof IMO ?
Mr King isn't done yet so let's just see what happens this year
