How have you calculated book value? If you are using the balance sheet, do you really think goodwill is fairly valued?
With the horrible state of retail at the moment, the company will do well to break even in FY19.
Acquisition value at this point is around 50c. I doubt anyone would want to take that risk given the negative growth and macro environment. H1 accounts will be very interesting. Lets see what happened.
