Assets or liabilities? Kind of depends, do they make money or not?
Funny how the spouting of this lease rule (btw everyone has to go by this rule) completely ignores companies like HVN, why aren't they booming?
If it's as you say WOW=bankrupt WES=bankrupt JBH=bankrupt PMV=bankrupt TRS=bankrupt, not to mention any other company that doesn't own it's sites.
Ps: MYR's leases are some of it's largest assets, largely what anyone eyeing off MYR wants!
