This is just my uninformed ramblings but STO may have a 35% stake in ESG gas(whatever PEL)....but if we are the operator does that not imply that in reality they have a 35% stake in the profits from the sale of that gas......we can do with it what ever we want.

We don't need to supply 35% to STO.
