They are not proceeding with the plant upgrade at this stage if I understood him right.

He said "why spend $1.2 million upgrading the plant when it's going to do twice the work for half the profit".

I think he was talking about taking on bigger work but having to discount it because it is in bulk.

They are talking about expansion though. I am have to work tomorrow, but I am off on Thursday. I will try and post a more comprehensive summary of our conversation then.
