    No, David had nothing to do with the failure of CDG, he was only the CEO / Managing Director so he really only did what his board instructed him to do!

    Google him and google Cleveland Mining or, as they say, DYOR.  To be frank, I would be surprised if he would be allowed to be a company director once Cleveland and its subsidiaries are wound up.
