Directly from David's chairman speech and not out of context:

"I and your fellow Directors acknowledge that, at the moment,the market value of the company remains lower than this time last year.
However I will also say that while we have an unwavering commitment to maximising shareholder value in the medium and long term, short term sharemarket performance is not management's main focus at Reed. This philosophy has served us well to date and we are confident it will serve us well in the future."

David, the share price is lower than the listing price 12 years ago, where have you been all that time?. It's also interesting that: "This philosophy has served us (you) well"
David, I think you meant to say "Our ANNUAL Cash Raisings have served us well" I just hope that the commisioning of the plant goes well otherwise look out for the next cash raising soon.
