Just last year a group of Chinese were caught in Northern Thailand. They had enticed a few children into the van in a rural area. The kids were killed and organs removed for quick transport back to Rich recipients in China.
At first it was believed to be the work of a psychopath but medical examination showed expert removal of organs.
