Vote out Drona, Vote in Segal and get the 25% over the line for the remuneration report.
Then vote against holding a further meeting requiring directors to resign.
We would be utterly rudderless if they all walked. Maybe David Segal could be acting CEO in that instance.
I can only assume that Murdoch has a personal biff with Segal and is buddies with Drona. How else could his decison to vote his proxies (doesnt have any of his own votes!!) that way??
Having directors overseas is hopeless. Do we pay their business class return fares and posh accom for every directors meeting? At least David Segal can catch the tram.
