Drona is orbis's boy - I am sure the board has to be seen to support the nomination of the largest insitutional shareholder as that is their job, to look after shareholders interests.

HOWEVER, institutions these days make up <10% of the register and therefore "we" here should have far more say than orbis and it should be someone who represents us on the board rather than someone flying in from New York care of our funds.

I am hoping therefore the board needs to "show" support for the reelection but however realise that it only takes a few of us to easily out vote Oribis and Drona will be out. For whatever we want to say about Harry he still has a substantial shareholding and I am fairly certain I know he will be voting along the same lines as we are all discussing here so as long as everyone exercises their right to vote and don't leave a proxy up to the chairman then I am fairly sure Drona will no longer be racking up air miles on our time.
