Well Stormer at last I find myself in almost total agreement with you, while not as critical of the Board as you I will certainly be voting for David.
I find it hard to understand why the Board is opposing him as he is in no way critical of them, and by taking this stance they are exposing themselves to an unnecessary embarrassment when he is elected as I am confident he will be.
I shall be contacting Ross to express my opinion and to urge the Board to re-consider
