Yeh, I voted for both.
This company has lost millions of shareholders' dollars - I don't think $60,000 is even going to be noticed.
For that you get someone on board, or at least on the board, who knows the company inside out, is willing to talk to you if you phone him, and most importantly has a lot of skin in the game. You can bet he is keen to look after shareholders' interests.
