What an fantastic result for IIN today in the courts
The multi billion dollar corporations were unsuccessful in their litigation, of IIN, for what they considered responsibility for users of downloading material illegally.
They went after the small fish instead of telstra and optus, hoping for a successful outcome.
If they had gone after telstra and optus, the litigation would have gone on for years and cost multi millions of dollars on both sides
All legal costs will be re-inbursed by the movie studios and IIN can get on with making lots and lots of money
Today after the announcement was mad I purchased a heap of the shares. I am glad that the company was suspended until the announcement was made. As it was only half a million shares went through. Tomorrow I believe could see the share price hit a minumum of $2.50
There is now no question mark hanging over the company and a lot of analysts will be upgrading their positions on the company
As always the above commments should not be construed as investment advice
