David Teoh is literally a shark. Aggressive management. In it for the long run.
You see Teoh having ~34% and milner having ~25% = in it for the long run = simple.
Wait for a year or so until the mobile network fully rolls out and TPG will grow.
Telstra is simply too large now and cannot grow much more; TPG got plenty of room for disruption
