    I see he has already stood down as Executive Chairman.
    What happens if David changes his mind come the 28th of February?

    I wonder if QMN will be primed with announcements outlining what they have or a nice presentation powerpoint released come the 21st of January.

    I anticipate both resolutions to be passed which would mean shareholders overthrowing management which will most likely attract media attention. If QMN could use the media attention generated we could very well be in for a re-rating.
