I'm not going to get involved in a climate change debate.
If you're not happy with the Renewable Energy Target, call it the Innovation Target.
There are clear positive spin-offs from science based innovation in energy and elsewhere. The Government has a place in supporting these types of projects because the private sector doesn't like funding projects that may not at first appear commercial or attract a rate of return.
I would write a letter to our Science Minister but this Government doesn't have a full time dedicated Science Minister.
