This Innovation Target - how much is it worth spending on it? What is the best way of approaching it? Is it best to encourage research into improved technologies in order to improve efficiency and economic viability, or is it best to mandate the use of current inefficient technology at a level which causes extreme stress on the national economy?
I'm all for renewable energy provided it is economically competitive - which solar will be in a few years' time. And SLX is one of the players in that field.
