I note that MVP's Chairman, David Williams, is also Managing Director of Kidder Williams Limited, which provides a range of corporate and M&A advice to a number of publicly listed companies, including MVP.

The transactions page of Kidder Williams website suggests that the company was "Corporate Advisor to Clever Communications Australia Ltd (ASX:CVA) on its merger with
BigAir Group Ltd to create Australia's largest fixed wireless ISP 2010".

Interestingly, Williams was both a director of CVA and also provided corporate advisory services through Kidder Williams. A review of his change of director interest notices for CVA reveals he purchased a substantial number of shares in the 1.5 years prior to the announcement of the merger.

Given Mr Williams' propensity to purchase half of MVP's issued capital, he must either have substantial confidence in the stock, or I am missing something.
