im somewhat doubtful we will see this any time soon given we STILL havent seen the statutory announcements around JW's final directors notice. I believe A1 is now in breach of the ASIC disclosure rules.

I appreciate management must be busy, but Corp. Govern. isn't a discretionary pastime

and on your trading point GC, only a few holders are capable of selling millions upon millions of shares on a daily basis. I honestly do not think the majority of this selling activity is broker initiated, and the most recent short selling statement does not include A1. So someone with oodles of stock is wanting out. Let them come to you I say!
