Yes, it is still a very speculative stock (nobody is doubting that) the question is WHY are we still a very speculative stock after all this time and we have "the best technology out there" (apparently) yet they can't get it to market, except for some ashtray money with SII (Serum Institute of India) .......WHY is that?
