Many talk of the Ferroglobe case putting everything on ice. For a business relationship that then resulted in a court case, means the relationship wasn't handled very well at all. It's scary to think what might have happened between the two companies prior to being taken to court.
What pissed Ferroglobe off so much that made them want to take us to court?
and then for them to walk away with only $300k, hardly seems like a good use of their time / legal fees etc unless they wanted to make a point. If they wanted to prevent us going to market, they sure as heck wouldn't have taken $300k and then walked away. They would've tied us up in litigation for years to come
