Thanks for that timely reminder.

If the halt is because of an early settlement of the claims do you have any idea who might have settled and what effect the settlement might have on TNG.

TNG's claims were crossed against the former managers and directors and, although it is difficult to be certain, none of these appear to now have any assets worth claiming.

If the Commonwealth "win" will TNG have to release the Kanowna shares and, effectly bear the loss. If the Commonwealth "lose" and the shares remain in TNG's possession (with the injunction lifted) do they have any current value, noting that the company is delisted.

I cannot find any reference to what might have happened to the money paid, by the forebears of TNG, to Davis Samuel etc.
