Hi Ken,
Where does Cawse fit into this equation? My impression was that once the tax problem was sorted, Cawse was to be moved into a company and the shares distributed in specie, to be worth about 20c a TNG share. I have never been a fan of the various corporate shuffles the board was in favour of. Maybe they should just flog off Cawse and put the money in the piggy bank.
