    Looks like this will drag out for a while with all the claims and counter claims and cross claims etc.

    Up again for 5 weeks in late August 2008.

    Looks like the most we will be up for is $2,146,687.29 ($1 million is interest) + legal costs etc. so say $3 million. Looks like this has already been well and truly factored into the sp, so we should just set and forget about it. If we win or are successful in the counter claims, then that will be a bonus.
