davo22 as a director, page-10

I will vote in favour of the resolution to add Davo22 as a director. I think the idea to have a representative of retail holders on the board is an excellent idea.

I would have far graver concerns voting for the re-election of both Rigg & Strasser & will vote against when their turns come up in the future. I have been extremely unimpressed by many of the decision we have seen in 2009.

As binbin suggests, without the vote of Healy it will be a very difficult task for Davo to get up though. However irrespective of the result I think it will be a good idea to keep the 'elk group's' voting block's opinions, ideas and advice in constant communication with the board. If the interest moves above 10% management will be foolish to discount it.
