Not trying to be rude and have nothing against Davo but how in the world will excelling in yachting and Equestrian help him run the company?

And how much will shareholders have to pay Davo to be a director? If we can't even afford to fund Hereford ourselves eventhough it cost only $160k, how are we going to afford to pay Davo?

Realistically... the only person you need to convince is Robert Healy cause he owns more than 22% of the company. Otherwise, you have very little hope of getting this passed.
