Have to agree with bibbin on this one.....
No disrespect to Davo and I am sure that he has the interests of ELK shareholders in mind, but if you want board representation, get a person with proven experience and expertise..... the last thing we want here is someone occupying a board seat for the sake of personal agenda's.
Regardless, I don't undertand why you would want another member on the board when it has been increased recently to include Chris Mullen. 5 board members for a company of ELK's size is more than enough.
Moreso, what skills would Davo bring to the board. I don't think horses or yachts have anything to do with ELK's operations.
Not meaning to be nasty or mean in any way, but its just that Directors are required to have runs on the board and have commercial experience. I will not be voting favourably to such a resolution.
