The required 5% to call an EGM will be easy. The harder part would be convincing Healy to vote our way as we could not win without his support.
At the EGM we could put forward the following resolutions:
1. Removal of Andy Rigg 2. Removal of Tony Strasser 3. Appointment of Chris Mullens 4. ....
This isnt Personal its just business. As I top 20 holder I have lost the faith that the Andy and Tony can lead this company and as such should be removed.
