I’d suggest the issue is that they really have no clarity about what the chillian government is going to do in regards to nationalisation of the lithium sector.
They have bought themselves extra time, however that runs out at the end of the month. They would be desperately trying to work this out, otherwise they would have already pulled the trigger on the acquisition of the tenements.
Can’t blame them for this curve ball. Having said that….bad luck seems to follow this company.
