Cameco would be great Gonuke ...An insto would be of not much value except in providing cash.
However an entity like Cameco, or a big international end-user of uranium taking the shares would be the TICK of approval that the broader markets is waiting for.

Otherwise its all just conjecture until the announcement - no right or wrongs.
