Clock is ticking for Goodman Group debt
The corporate advisory divisions of KPMG and McGrath Nicol have been appointed to examine Goodman Group's debt position. The listed Australian real estate investment firm must refinance a $A460 million facility, which is part of a $A1.9 billion syndicated loan, within six weeks. Goodman has engaged the services of KPMG, while the group's bankers have hired McGrath
so within 6 weeks from 9th April makes it about by 21st May 2009.
