looking quiet on the sell / buy orders this morning, IMO a sign that news (re-financing announcement) could be today. an observation and what i think of it only... as why would the insto's want to be involved with a huge buy/sell order just hours before the ann, may be grounds for an investigation.
IMO Insto's are now set and we wait.
