    I believe the EZ markets are waiting for the ECB announcement tomorrow night. If Draghi does not commit the ECB to stimulus the DAX should drop. The reverse could be quite startling provided the news is extremely good.

    So close that I'm not betting on an outcome bar a short on the euro
