I have noticed 08 seems to act as S/R. Just bounced off 9809.
Also when it falls below 00, it usually continues another 20 points to 80, so if it falls strongly below 9800, I'll short it for 20 points, hopefully.
Also, I've noticed 00 and 50 are magnets. Fore example, once it goes far enough below 80, it will often go to 50, then 20, then 08, then 00, then 80, etc. It's all about overshooting and testing levels, it seems.
