    as late as 11 Feb 2010, MEO announced reviewing drill options for 2nd half 2010, so i dont think they would be looking at a delay.

    but decision on both drill operator and drill location would be something all jv parties would want a say in, and something you would want resolved as a PF coming in with a 50% stake and operator before deal is done.
