I think its interesting that MEO has failed to elaborate any further on its intentions.

Whilst its only 2 words, 'or not' has tremendous significance.

It could well mean the whole PF falls through.

Hypothetically, I would have thought that any semi-competent director would add a fallback strategy, unless they felt that this event was extremely unlikely.
