I was having similar thoughts yesterday. We wanted the thing 100% done yesterday but it was still a big step forward. Not to the finish line but a big step that took us to within a whisker of that line. Easy to focus on the disappointing 0.1% shortfall but what about the (say) 19.9% achieved that took us from 80% to 99.9% complete

One week ago:
1. we were clueless about "how much longer" (We now know MEO is taking action to bring closure to a head this Monday)
2. we did not know that the farmin deal was finished and ready to sign (We now know it is)
3. we did not know side agreements involving JV partners were part of the equation (we do now!!)
