day 54 where are you

A lot of speculation on HC as to the price of any capital raising and the effect that will have on our share price - but as the days drag by, the prospect of any share price dim be it 1c or 2.5c. How can than the authorities (ASX, ASIC) allow a company to remain incommunicardo for 54 days knowing that it was burning money at such a rapid rate. Questions need to be answered including: current cash balance, numbers of subscribers, operating costs per month/week/day (burn rate), progress as to capital raising, statements from the Board that they are not operating whilst being insolvent. Silnce is just not good enough & treating shareholders with such distain is unforgivable. When I was a kid there was a show on TV called Car 54 where are you? well we have a company that could make a reality TV show called Day 54 - where are you?
