Institutional buyers would indeed need to be major holders and not financier or fund manager wants to control an investment, even the bluechips.
So you are indeed correct, we are limited with Sophos and Finsto's because we do not have the liquidity required to allow huge investment, without taking on what would essentially be a new partner in the business.
Where do we go from here? Depends if Nolegstostandon will get the deals done.
