I don't disagree that SBM has the potential to be a good investment if the stock was bought post ALD takeover. What about drones like myself who have been in the stock at nearly $2? What about people that maybe had plans to sell their stock for whatever reason recently and then had the rug rudely pulled out from under them? I would have liked to be privy to plans that have been in the in motion for a good deal of time. So now while management makes a killing and all and sundry get the opportunity to jump on at say $1.40, I will possibly be hanging in till this time next year (or later) to break even. Just another example of corporate disregard for rank and file shareholders!
