Almost certainly will, but CMQ will have 10 days to cough up the dough. After that, the bondholders will have to go through the steps to put the company into receivership which might take another couple of weeks. The shares will continue to trade until the admin/liquidator is appointed, and there are bound to be "brave" souls who continue to buy in the vain hope of a last minute rescue by a white knight, or who hold the view that the assets can raise more than the $60mil and therefore there might be some money left over to be returned to shareholders in a winding up.
